When you get parental responibility through the court's and then register your details on the birth certificate is the mother notified or ordered to scrap the original one she has at home or will we forever have diffrent certificates?
Declaration of parentage I belive gets the original Changed but you dont get PR with it even know your details are on there
I honestly don't know the answer to this, but I can't see that a court would order the destruction of the original birth certificate simply because they have no idea how many certified copies there are of the original.
