At 19months of age the child cannot state he does not want to go.The court won,t even listen to things like that..We have neutral meeting point with cctv.( ex made all sort of accusations) we use a supermarket carpark. The only person who can change a order is a Court . Your ex cannot just change it to suit her..Thats why you have the order in the first place.
They might just give her a stern warning the might enforce but either way the hard work is behind you (as in getting the order) just keep pecking away you will win in the end...
Thanks for the positive response im confident of the order returning to normal but will tell the court I won't be surprised if she does it again and we end up bk. There really petty reasons. Thanks will post on Wednesday with outcome

You asked whether the mother can take your child abroad without your permission, if she has a residence order then she can. I've linked the relevant information from the .gov website below.
