[Solved] being separated as a dad in the army

i have been separated for about the last 6 months i am in the army and spend a lot of time away everytime i get leave i try and spend time with my daughter but always encounter the same problem my ex doesnt like me haveing my daughter last time i had seen her was for two weeks over the summer period i am only getting eight days over christmas due to operational commitment and she is refusing to let me see her is there anything that i can do all replys will be appreiciated

Hi

At this stage, I would suggest that you try mediation to see if there is a solution you can come to withoug resorting to court - and the courts will often insist that you have at least tried mediation before going for a contact order.
