[Solved] Been GP with child, ex has changed surname?

The practice nurse wasn't aware of preferred names for surnames that are altered from NHS number. Even a first name preferred is italic next to registered name.

I have a contact order and a copy of birth certificate.

This is a local village GP that is well known to ex well known family and I feel it's nepotism, this has been done 4 days after court made a CAO. By a random receptionist that wasn't there to question.

This is first time since contact dispute I've been gp as I awarded the day back alongside her returning to work.

I took him for a midwife appointment after birth anf was born surname at that appointment.ie as above she requested change without any documentation 4 days after court awarded me contact.

Where do I stand, I've asked the practice manager to contact me.

I was under the impression a CAO should end with

Child Arrangements Order you have, there should be a warning notice that states:-

“Where a Child Arrangements Order is in force and the arrangements regulated by it consist of, or include, arrangements which relate to either or both (a) with whom the child concerned shall live and (b) when the child shall live with any person, no person may cause the child to be known by a new surname or remove the child from the United Kingdom without the written consent of every person with parental responsibility for the child or the leave of the court.”

mine barely says you must comply

That wording is also in most orders I've seen but the warning notice is worded as yours is.
