Here's a link to the Bar Pro Bono Unit. I have posted about this before, but for those that aren't aware of its existence, or what it does, I thought I would mention it again.

The Bar Pro Bono Unit offers free legal representation to people who do not qualify for legal aid. You can't apply directly but your MP, a solicitor or the CAB can refer you. I don't think every application is successful and they require at least a months notice before a court hearing to prepare. Just click on the link and check it out.... Good luck πŸ™‚
