Hi all i'm back
Pretty quiet for last few months, nothing new to report Mother still preventing contact, Last 2 court hearings have gone B***,s up due to errors..i.e listed wrong then a no-show from Judge.
Well today we have had the Biased Cafcass officer removed from the Case, A District Judge appoint a Guardian, A prohibited Steps order granted and the new Headteacher agree to facilitate contact.
Most on here will know my Sons history re this..But 2 1/2 years on we honestly feel the end is in sight,

I'm right at the start of this process so you being able to at least glimpse the light at the end of the tunnel must be a great feeling.
All i can say is fight fight and fight..
We have the Ex from [censored] who has prevented contact even with a 50/50 SCO in place..You have to be prepared for the Long Haul.
If at any point you need to know anything i still check in daily just didn't post..More than happy to help, After 2 1/2 years i feel like i know Family law inside and out.
Hope you have support, My son is very lucky he has a huge network round him .

Court was Monday and contact has already been re established..The War might not be over..But we are willing to continue with the Battle..
