i recently put in a c79 enforcement order and am representing myself
it is going straight to a directions hearing tomorrow,so what can I expect ?

do I need to make a statement to the judge or the other side or just wait on directions from the judge,i have no idea
a cafcass report has been done ,but I really don't know what to expect tomorrow, can anyone offer some advice

also is it illegal to tape conversations with my ex ? and if not am I allowed to mention this in court as evidence ?
thank you so much any advice to a nervous litigant in person is most welcome

recording conversations is legal if one party knows about it, but whether a court will accept them is up to them. However, you can transcribe the conversations into a document and present that to court.

so although I didn't inform my ex ,its still perfectly legal ?

the reason I want to ask the court to listen to them is im being accused of shouting on the calls,so documenting them wouldn't really be of help
hence I would need the court to listen to them

thanks for the reply

not to overthrow actd

but if the cafcass officer accepts your request the judge may look at it......My case .... my son sent me an email while his mother was at work,,,, hence my son made contact with his dad.... the judge realizing my son is now 15 took the evidence on board////

so yes recordings can be made as long as very good faith can be shown
