Hi, I am looking for advice please.
My ex has placed my daughter into preschool and is refusing to tell me where it is and has refused to put my name on the list of contacts so that I am unable to collect her from Nursery, I have managed to find out where her school is and have approached them asking if they can put my name as next contact in case of any emergency, I gave them proof of who I was and my daughters birth certificate but they refused, saying that I would have to go through the mother to do this. Is there anything I can do about this other than going back to court.
I have parental responsibility and have a court order in place for both parties to agree mutual contact, She is using the nursery so I am unable to see my daughter on those days.
I would appreciate any advice Thankyou

They're wrong to do this.
You will need to write to them including copies of documents already shown to them plus a copy of the court order.
