Hi All, New to this site wish i found it years ago.
I need to send a C78 form, application for attachment of warning notice to a child arrangement order. The original order was made in Bournemouth court bit i am in Plymouth. My question is do i send the form and fees to my local court or to the original issuing court?
Many thanks in advance
Hi there and welcome to the forum
You may wish to make your application to the court where the contact order was made, or you can apply to any family court.
It would be helpful if you could attach a copy of the original order to the application and you may be entitled to a part or full exemption from the court fee, dependent on your financial circumstances. You can apply for this with form EX160a.
You mention you are asking for an attachment of the warning notice to a Child Arrangements Order (CAO) and CAOs only came into being in 2014, before then Contact and Residence Orders were in place. Warning notices are automatically attached to any contact orders after 8th December 2008.
Here's a link to the guidance on applying for attachment of warning notices

ahh I see.
it appears i have the warning attached. So i guess i have to apply for an enforcement order?
kind regards
