In reply to previous post, yes, I know what you mean.
Keeping everything crossed for you.
You know where I am if you need to chat / vent etc etc.
Your first PS needs to be very strong and I would hope the court will go straight to appointing a Guardian.
Wishing you all the luck in the world.
Quote the PO info at them, that you have to raise it at court.
MIAM exemption situation is a joke in cases like yours. I don't know how you get around that but there should be a way......
UPDATE
I can only describe what happened at the hearing as a total farce!
CAFCASS should have produced a safeguarding letter to the court before the hearing, however the judge says that CAFCASS allege that they never received the court order stating that! the judge says that the court paperwork is all in order and therefore CAFCASS are at fault and has therefore had to re-order CAFCASS to submit the safeguarding letter to court by end of this month.
The safeguarding letter should be no different to any other in the 6yrs this have now been dragging on....but the judge will not proceed without it....therefore I've lost yet another 2 months with my child and the ex has another 3-6months to up her Parental Alienation efforts further to destroy any hope of my child and I building childhood memories.
joining Fathers4Justice and protesting from a roof top is looking more and more appealing
