If I have a verbal agreement over access for my 10 year son, is this legally binding. My ex is trying to change our agreement with just 6 days notice of my next sleepover with my son.

Hi

The simple answer is that it isn't legally binding, but to be honest, it's pretty much irrelevant at this short notice. In order to enforce an agreement, if your ex is in breach of an order, then you would need to go to court.

I would say that your best option at this stage is to look to mediation to see if you can come to a more permanent arrangement and to get it written into an order if you think she may go back on the agreement in the future.
