Does Article 10 of the HRA give protection against prosecution for exposing the bias and poor decision making of the family court?

Hi,

Not that familiar with it. Far as am aware you can discuss your opinions about family court in public. But mentioning confidential information like details of your own case, names of ex and children will likely land you in trouble.
