[Solved] Are costs likely to be awarded against me

Hi all,

What is the likelyhood of receiving a costs award against when challenging a Cafcass report and recommendations? The report contains errors of fact, makes assumptions about the child's emotions without having met said child and completely contradicts the officers opinion during the interview.

We're now listed for trial.

It's very rare for costs to be passed onto the parents at a family hearing and I'd highlight the issues of the report which you disagree with at the hearing seems it'[censored] and miss with CAFCASS.
