Does anyone know of a decent mental health assessment centre that is also court approved?

I would ring your local court to see if they are aware of one.

usually a report from a GP is adequate in the eyes of the court and the document that is most requested in proceedings. If any mental health agencies have been involved with a patient, they might be asked to provide more detailed information

Thanks. I have obtained my medical records but it seems incomplete as there is a fair amount that I know is not there. My therapist I would hope will help in this matter as I have seen him for years, not seen him since before xmas to ask.
