before all, thanks for the answer, thank You so much

it's me...in that period I'm a bit busy all around, and try to keep everything glued together it's start to be a bit hard

the plan for what concern the work are changed, so I'll be there for at least one more year, instead of go back to London...that means I have to look for a flat in this area, to demonstrate that I'm able to applying for the shared care of my lovely one...

...too much in a short time...

for the forms, I'm gonna call the court right know try to understand which it will be the best way to sort it

4 C100
3 FL401

and for the rest what the helpdesk will says to do

thanks

edit: help desk called, they said that I need the original and two copies: in this sense it will be necessary to contact the CAFCASS by myself? or I can ask the help of the Coram, instead?

at this moment I'm not sure which one I have to contact, to ask for a support and a "history" of all my steps through there...

me again...sorry for the continue pick up of the same topic, but I think is preferable to keep all together instead of open two or more topics per time...

reading again the C100, it's not too far to be completed, I still need to write down the two statements about what goes wrong and what I expect from the court

trying to keep the ideas together I cannot stop to think about the NMO: after read all the explanation forms about how to fill the forms properly, now I'm not sure that the proofs that my ex harassed me are enough to ask for it

in most of the messages and email that I had, she "simply" repeat that our daughter feeling good as well if I'm not involved in her life, and in this sense, to keep myself away from them

that was a request that she already made months ago, and now it's gonna be a reality with her last dictatum to don't try to contact or try to see my little one, in any manner or she will call the police and try to keep me under arrest

the first time that I read that words I was petrified, like all the times that she said something like that, so when I understood which are the possibilities to apply for, on a first moment I went directly on the NMO order, like as the best way to keep her away from me, in a way recognized from the law

but, now, I'm not sure anymore that I can do this and be secure that the order gonna be approved: in this sense, ask for the help of the social services, keeping the other two orders it can be a "better" way to looking for?

or I can try to call the Coram Centre, to try to find a suggestion about?

I want to go to the bureau city advice service next days and try to ask to them as well, which it can be the better way to keep everything on the right tracks...

...I'm so confused... 🙁

Thanks for keeping your posts to the one topic, you're right it helps us and you, as you have all the information in one place.

From what you say baba, it doesn't sound as if you have enough to apply for an NMO but you can use the emails in your evidence in court to show that she has stopped contact.

If she is threatening to call the police on you for harassment it's definitely best to stay away from her and not to make contact, if she were to call the police it might make your application for contact a little harder.

I think it will be much better to concentrate on your two applications and leave her to be the threatening one. If you show the judge you do not want to react to her threats and that you only want what is best for your child it will be better for you.

Try not to worry baba, get plenty of sleep and exercise....keeping busy is also good!
