Hi i need some help and abit of explaining if thats ok.

I been in mediation alone and another section together with xpartner who decided she couldn't be in same room but we went ahead and mediators used 2 rooms.
I needed to check about contact centre which i did on same day and had to be in her area, but theres only one and the times are on saturday but me and ex work most saturday in which i explained to her and said i cant do because of work.
Our next chance of contact was at her house and she would go out for a couple of hours. But she said NO to that now even though it was her idea and said she wants contact centre even when i she knows it wouldn't be possible.
And she said lets go court then. Which i said ok.
I rang mediation centre in same day and told them we will not carry on and i need to go court.

Now im waiting for mediators letters from meeting and page 19 of c100.

Now i get abit lost can i Dowland c100 from somewhere or do i have to get it from court?
And after doing the c100 is that the only thing i need to go court and have first hearing? Plus i know i can ask for a contact to take place as soon as possible which i need to write on c100 form.is that right?

Plus i need to write a letter to my solicitor terminating my contract with them as they haven't done nothing for me and took plenty of money, oh and my first solicitor retired
2nd is on maternity
3rd is interim till my normal replacement comes into to place.
Will make 4 and i met one of them.

Just wanted some points to which i need to put on the letter to them.if anyone had to do the same thing.

I know its very long but i need help i will not lose my daughter

Thank you in advanced

Hi, you can pick up a copy of the C100 at your local court or download one here

http://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/hmctsformfinder/c100-eng.pdf

Write to your solicitor as planned and you can self rep with ease, there's lots of info in our stickies to help you with this and you can post any specific questions you have.

Make sure you say on the form that you will be seeking an interim order at the first hearing.

When you have sent off the forms and have a date listed, it's a good idea to prepare a short Position Statement for the court & if you post on here, we will be able to help you with that if you need it.

Good luck
