Hi can someone explain to me a few thing when Appealing a fact find what does it mean by case management decision or predcedural error
I had a fact find and I asked for witnesses
Judge said do a c2 which I did and want to add a statement and list of witnesses. A hearing was set the week later which was vacated nothing happened I called a few weeks later and I called the court and the asking why the judge had not responded they gonna me off so I called again. Eventually got a message that the c2 was dismissed with no explanation for the reason this was 6 weeks after it was sent. I emailed the judge no response this was 29 days before the fact find hearing. When it came to the hearing the statement was dismissed and vital evidence that proved that a allegation was completely false which also proved that her witness was completely lying.
I got found guilty for rape and co ercive control that happened 15 years ago. We have been separated for 11 years.
I want to appeal and the lees up to the hearing was unfair and I was not allowed witnesses to disprove allegations.
any help would be nice on how to proceed
