@reg-perrin potentially you could look into a complaints process. However, for matters of opinion (yours vs the report writer) these are allowable and the whole point of the court hearing is for the judge to determine matters and for you to put forward your points.
Things like false accusations, alleged drug taking etc will always appears in reports and then its for a judge to determine. They always err on the side of caution.
You have to go into things with the right mindset even if things are stacked against you to ensure that you address matters correctly rather than emotionally.
I know it's not easy, not sure if you have legal representation, others on here may be able to advise further.
@Daddyup thank you for your positive and kind words.
im a LIP
As you probably know the DAPP report is not written by the person presenting the course. The report is constructed on notes taken during the sessions.
I will be going down the complaints procedure route for all the good it will do.
The sessions I took part in were on a 1 to 1 basis over zoom. Every session was video recorded by the change project. They know full well they have made errors but yet it’s getting swept away and the little person is once again hushed and persecuted. Who the [censored] is going to listen to me in court against the organisation? Not some magistrate that’s for sure. The change project is only fit for anti male anti family agenda within a gynocentric society. God help anyone who has to deal with the system.
