How did you get on today? Did you manage to get the PSU involved?
The PSU were very helpful indeed, but spent almost all day waiting. Was scheduled for 10am but weren't seen til after 2pm! Because of the allegations I had made in my statement we will return with a half day of court on 5th October, only. There was only November available but given the seriousness of my allegations it was squeezed in for October. I was in the tough position of her lawyers saying she needs to move back before school starts but I couldn't say for definite I could move. She made all manner of wacky suggestions where I could move to! Judge didn't understand why there still the need for prohibited steps order but she insisted I was a danger etc. So will fill out the paper work c100? This week with PSU. Appointment with CAB also booked. The agreement to move was made out of court and I sort of feel like the judge should have told me what to do but it was almost 4pm and PsU volunteers and probably the judge needed to go ... So I have 7 days to move. I even argued the time of day I had to move by. She will pay all the bills and mortgage once back so at least I don't need to pay twice. Even though this was inevitable I'm in a very dark place at the moment and even I'm worried about myself
