Guys does anyone know what options a judge has when a contact centre stops contact between a father and his kids because of recent bail conditions that state that im not allowed to contact my ex in any way shape or form !
The contact centre has said when bail conditions come into it they have to stop contact as they cant guarentee myself and my ex wont come into contact !
So where the [censored] does that leave me regarding seeing my kids ?!!!!
Contact has been going great ... and now this ! all because of false allegations my ex has made !
We have a court hearing coming up soon and im worried incase the judge now stops contact until these allegations are proved one way or the other !
Or maybe cos contact has been going great he can relax bail conditions or something along those lines ?
What im asking guys just what options does the judge have if any to start up contact again if there are bail conditions in place ?
And i doubt if my ex would suggest another family member of hers does the dropping off and the picking up of the kids at the centre !
Just dont want contact to stop while these allegations are dealt with as they can take months to get out of the way !
GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING.. MATE!
Did you contact www.naccc.org.uk ? It must be something they have come across previously.
