Does anyone else have experience of ex partners not engaging with the court process, not turning up for hearings, ignoring child arrangement orders, not complying with any directions from the court, if so how long did this last for and if it was resolved how was it sorted out.
I am going through this at present and have no contact at all with my son, its now going to enforcement hearing.

Yes, to all the above, 10 no shows. we are 2 years in 2 court orders ( 1 a Shared care order) in a penal notice attached. Still plodding through the courts.
I guess im quite lucky as its just been 4 months for me and 2 missed hearings. In the two years of your litigation have you managed any contact with the child at all.

And without trying to dishearten you He has had very little..He now has a SCO and she still wont play ball.
Saying that don't make the mistake we did.
We this a lot longer than you down the line, Hire a Process serve ( cost £70) to personally serve court papers re dates she cant play stupid then and say she hasn't received them.
