I’m going to contact the above manager and escalate this because they have completely missed out vital information.
They have watered down and manipulated everything I’ve said and they have wrote the report in a disgustingly biased way. Also recommend no contact in the interim.
How do I escalate this and ask for the report and the author to be reviewed?
They can’t get away with this!!
@dadlad cafcass usually email you to arrange date for the initial phone call. if you have authors email, you can contact them. other option would be complaints:

Cafcass did the same to me - didn’t listen or make note of any of my serious concerns (ex abusing kids) but were happy to list out everything that she said about me.

I’ve escalated it higher to a CAFCASS manager, and I’ve also asked the courts if the author of the report can attend the hearing for questioning.
