Hi does anyone know what the process is when both parties agree on a schedule of care before a final hearing (date already arranged)
It seems my ex who went to meet with her solicitor has come back from this with a different attitude stating she would “update me soon” when it was my understanding the meeting was to draw up our final agreement. This has left me anxious there’s going to be further stress and disagreements and will now again have to go back to court.

that sounds great, there nothing wrong with going back and forth to try and reach an agreement with her while hearings are going on. if your happy with everything, you can go to the final hearing and let the judge know whats been agreed, and the order will get rubber stamped. if there's any disagreements then that can be sorted at hearing. try get the order to state that there is equal day to day care of children. just incase you run into problems with child maintenance service.
