[Solved] Advice with responding to Scott Schedule

Hello

I just wanted a bit of advice in regards to responding to a scott schedule

After 10 hearings and spending a fortune I can no longer afford legal representation in regards to m y matter, so I have to give this a shot on my own. The last hearing it was decided that a fact finding hearing would take place next month

I have received the scott schedule from the other side, and I have until the 2nd January to respond to 10 allegations set out.

I have a copy of the draft order which states that I must respond by using the same table? - does this have to be the one the other side sent? it was sent via email/pdf. Or can I create my own buy using a template ( I would find this easier ) There isn't much room in the schedule for me to respond to the allegations specifically? Could I create my own but number the allegations from 1-10 to make it easier to follow?. Or does this have to be the exact schedule the respondent sent, I hope I'm clear with this.

The allegations -

Some I deny and some have an element of truth, with some nonsense added ? In my response how specific do I need to be? Do I wait until I have to complete a written statement the following week?

The order states that the list and responses are to be sent to the court electronically. Will these have to be hand signed and scanned before I send them ?

Thanks

Jonathan
