Hi,
I’m in Scotland and a bit confused over what forms to fill in to apply for a contact order I think it is the F7 form. I understand in England I’d apply for the C100. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Hi,
my knowledge of Scottish procedures of child arrangements is very limited. I understand that instead of a C100 form, there is a document known as a writ.
This site has very useful info: https://www.sharedparenting.scot/topics/court-and-law/
representing yourself in Scottish family courts: https://www.sharedparenting.scot/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Representing-Yourself-in-a-Scottish-Family-Court-2021-edition.pdf
I did Google the F7 and it seemed to be right but it needs a statement to go with it. Do you have Citizens Advice or similar in Scotland as they might help. You could also call or email the court
It would be worth giving these people a call - https://sclc.org.uk/ - it's free advice and based in Scotland.
