Hi All,
Yesterday I had the 2nd hearing for finances and there was no decision as we are so far apart, so in three months we will be back for the final hearing.
I have been using a solicitor up to now but I can no longer afford to continue with him, so I am after some advice on what work/preparation is needed for the final hearing (I will be using a barrister on the day).
Thanks

It might be worth contacting Families Need Fathers or finding a lawyer qualified McKenzie Friend to help you prepare for the hearing so that your barrister will have all the correct information they need.
The court should have directed you as to what you need to prepare for the hearing.
