Days after receiving court papers my ex made accusations and has stopped access until after the court.
As it's about a month until court, is there any way to get the court to bring the hearing forward or a way of getting contact back
Also, does anyone know if I'm entitled to know if the ex has a solicitor and if I'm allowed any evidence she intends to submit
I would doubt that you would get the hearing brought forward I'm afraid, and without the court, there is nothing you can do to force your ex to reinstate contact.
I think it would be worth giving the corams childrens legal centre a call next week to get some free legal advice from them - http://www.childrenslegalcentre.com/
Yes you are entitled to know if she has a solicitor, if she is refusing to tell you give the court help desk a call and ask them if they can provide the information.
Any paperwork that either party files with the court, such as statements or evidence must also be shared with the other parties involved.
