Hi, I'm really looking for any help and advise on this. Going through this whole procedure without a solicitor is a tad daunting.
I sent off my c100 forms last week to get myself a contact order in place to regain contact with my daughter. I have recieved back today x2 copies of that form along with notice of proceedings letter and date of a directions hearing. I am though a bit unclear as to what forms i now have to 'serve' to my ex and what i keep for myself, aswell as how is the best way to 'serve' these papers to my ex?

Any help from someone who has been through this would be much appreciated.

Hi Hughes and welcome to the forum

I was going to suggest that you read yoji's post on representing yourself in court, but I see you've already posted there, so I've already replied there.
