Not sure if correct place to post this to apologies if not.
Ive got to the point where I feel I need some legal advice, not going to tell her I'm going or action anything , just know where I stand with it all etc.
I have my first appointment next week and not sure what can I expect, do I just tell them the whole story of the situation and take it from there, or will the solicitor be asking all sorts of questions, trying to find holes. Will they take my word for accounts of things? (I have plenty of screen shots as evidence)
Main things I want from it is advice on how to/what can I expect from getting a routine in place with a 4 month old, see if I'd get more or less than what I'm getting now
Financial advice on how to make it clear to her child support is there to help cover nursery fees and not for me to pay 50% of them.
And finally, probably not likely, but chances of getting 50/50 care
Hi,
What are your current arrangements for seeing child?
