I recently got arrested for domestic abuse against my now ex, but they are false allegations and I'm now on bail and I can't see my children due to these allegations and other things she has stated yet I have proof from GP's mental health therapists domestic abuse therapists that I have been talking to them for the last three and a half years but the police and social services are saying that is not proof that is an opinion I was hoping that my ex partner would eventually get better from postnatal depression and I never wanted to take it further against her due to my love for her and the hope of her getting better but now it's got to the point I need to defend myself for how she treated me but all my proof along with next door neighbor witness statements friends statements family statements medical proof pictures no one seems to want to hear my side as story as anybody got any advice of what I need to do next as I'm struggling to get this let official letter from anyone to get legal aid to get a family lawyer any advice any help as I'm desperate to see my children and live a life that I deserved

Hi,

if you think your eligible for legal aid, you can google search for legal aid solicitors and have chat with them.

thay could take a while so I suggest you put in court application for child arrangements. costs £255 but free if your on benefits and fill a help with fees form. feel free to get in toucb if you need help. sending you private message.
