hello
my solicitor has informed me the judge will not issue the application until we have confirmation my son is born.
my ex is still refusing to contact me about anything. I have been informed by someone that our son is born but they don't not what date it was.
anyone know if hat is another or do they need the date ?
or how do I go about finding out.
I feel like im going mad or do not understand why she is doing this
Hi There,
.
I would call the court office and ask them, if that is going to be enough, they are usually quite helpful when you phone.

If the court office won't help, I'm not sure what to suggest. Quite how your solicitor expects you to get confirmation or what could be classed as confirmation, I have no idea.
Has your solicitor written to the mother? Perhaps if she realises you have a solicitor or are applying to court, she may respond to them?
my solicitor has sent her a letter regarding that, but still not responding, well she is not responding to anyone. All I know from someone that she has had the baby and everything is ok. she was due to have the baby on the 25th so she would have had the baby.
I will have to get him to send a letter to court saying she is not responding to anyone.
I think she is trying to make things hard so I walk away or trying to make me to something else.
just a little set back just need to stay calm and wait
