When am I as the Applicant supposed to receive this together with the dreaded C7 ? I got the FDHRA notice though almost 3 weeks ago now. Nothing from ex/solicitor (all contact stopped before Xmas). Isn't it supposed to be within 2 weeks or something? The silence is deafening. Court isn't for another 7 weeks or so..I've had CAFCASS call only lasted 5 minutes as I had no safeguarding issues with regards to her parenting..even they gave the impression they had not spoken to her yet?
There are supposed to be deadlines, but when I asked the Family Court I'm using by phone they proudly told me "we don't always get a C7 before the hearing" so for them at least (your local one may be different) they don't care much about the deadlines.
I find it annoying, but there's nothing I can do about it.
You could trying ringing the court to remind them/ask about it?
If she hasn't returned it, the court can't send it to you. As Cafcass gave you the impression they haven't spoken to her yet, perhaps she is sticking her head in the sand somewhat.
