I have separated from my wife and she looking after our 4 x girls, what rights do i have in accessing or entering the house that we owned.
I pay the mortgage as part of the maintenance fee ( this is only between me and her nothing legal at moment)
She is going away for 3days break i said i will have our girls and stay at the house but she is not allowing this has she got the right to do this?

Hi coops and welcome

I think you'd need to ask someone like citizens advice bureau for an opinion on this as it's not an area that I think the CCLC would cover. However, I would say that even if it is legal, it may not be advisable as it will almost certainly make the situation between you and your ex much worse, and you need to keep conflict to an absolute minimum otherwise your ex may start to make contact with your children much harder.
