PLEASE HELP.......My ex has custody of our little girl and live 1 1/2 hours from myself and my partner. she has constantly given me grief since we split and we split because of her toxic behaviour, it made me ill. I can only afford to have her 1 weekend a month at the mo, as i am currently out of work due to a work accident which has left me with spinal problems. she has now refused to let me see her at all and wont take my calls. can i get legal aid help to take her to court to get some sort of access granted. i am currently on employment and support allowance...

It's also worth reading yoji's guide to representing yourself at the top of the legal section, both so that you know the process, and also so you can consider whether you want to represent yourself (which means you won't have to wait for legal aid) - you may also be eligible for a waiver of some or all of the court fee.
