[Solved] 9 weeks to first hearing !!!

I spoke to someone of you before and again thanks for the info.

Right I know the court system is slow but everywhere I read it said I should expect to have my first hearing within 4-6 weeks.I got my hearing last week and it scheduled for mid Jan I know I should be patient but if first hearing is 9 weeks away then God knows how long second one will be. Is there anyway to try speed it up a week or two?

I've been seeing my boy 2hrs per week supervised at a play centre but I've asked to switch to a contact center because her mum has started bringing her brother along trying to intimidate me and I just want to get to court hassle free and give them no ammo. Thanks

I don't know whether it's possible, but I would have thought that there's no harm in ringing the court to ask them.
