hi, I am leaving my wife after 14 years of marriage. we have 2 children, aged 16 and 14. the mortgage is in my name. I will be leaving the family home. will I still have to pay the mortgage, bills and child maintenance? any info would be appreciated. ive spent a long time looking online but there seems to be no clear answer. what about spousal support payments?

you really are best advised to get at least an initial consultation with a solicitor. You will be jointly liable for the mortgage and you will have to pay child maintenance and possibly some spousal maintenance, but you really need more specialist advice on the levels you may have to pay.
