Would anyone no what the legal position is when your ex-wife and her boyfriend move in together or get married.
With regards to grants and student loans do they take into consideration the household finances which include both the ex-wife and her live in boyfriend / husband?

I have residence of my daughters and when my older daughter applied for her student loan, my income and that of my wife (ie step mother) were used - my ex wife's income (or lack of) were not considered.
