Hi,
So long story short 3 years ago my ex wife decided to change me for much never model. Since then my nightmare started. After a court case a to share care which went not as expected last year in august I have won a divorce case with unreasonable behavior judgement. Upon decree nisi court has decided that my ex wife should pay all costs (ie return my money paid) Obviously she did not return my money. I have decided to go to small claim court and apply through theirs online system.......... and last week I have received a letter with judgement stating:
The claim be struck out pursuant to CPR 9.4.
What to do?! I am getting desperate now and feel soo angry and powerless
Thanks
Hi there
I’m really not sure what you can do about this, is it not possible to return to court and ask them to enforce the original order?
I would give the court a call and ask them for some advice.
We also have access to a free telephone consultation with a qualified lawyer through Dialogue First, which you might find useful... heres a link
Best of luck
