i have been awarded in september and i am on jsa i see my kids 14 a month what benifits rights have i got to change my jsa from a single person i have put in a claim to get shared child tax credit and on the out come of that i will then put in a claim for child benifit but i am not sure i will get anything for it
today i have got a letter from the ex 👿 for me to reduce the amout of days of contact that the court has awarded me but i am not 😆 i was ment to get 40 a month from the first court case in march from her but it was only a volrntry and i have not 4 months of this yet
if anyone can help as i am lost with out any info thanks 😀

I think you might be best talking to the benefits office to see what they advise - as far as I'm aware, they pay child benefit to the parent who has the child the most, which means your ex, but I'm not sure if they can make exceptions, so worth asking them.
