Me and my ex where living in her parents house on license meaning parents allowed us to live there until they like we lived thre form10 years now we are separated she is refusing to get out saying that my parents promised her to live,there for ever we have 2 children my parents issued her with an eviction notice but she went to court to say that she and me spent money on the house on the thought of that the house is ours. Me and my wife have never payed any rent or mortgage

They asked her to produce evidence of expenditure etcc

And can she produce it
. Im a bit confused, did you live at her parents then move to yours. Where would she go and more importantly what about the children
