Good Morning,
So I have another question please. Hopefully somebody can help. Prior to our separation my partner and I have a loan agreed via out Mortgage company to take out a set amount of money from our equity in the house. We both signed the document and both provided out bank statements for approval which was successful.
We separated over this period, and our payment hit out joint account today. However my ex-partner has transferred all of the money to her own account, and has left me with nothing. We had decided a rough plan of what to do with the money before our separation, but I don't feel confident that she will agree to this now. I know she is trying to punish me for ending the relationship, and im hoping that she may see sense and be fair.
But if she refuses to give me back any of the money, what are my next steps? Am I still entitled to half even through its in her personal account?
Thanks,
Unless you can agree between you, you will have to make a court application to get it resolved.
