does my ex-wife have any righ over pension I earned way before we met?

In Scottish Law only the time you have legally been together is taken into consideration for pension split. I am not sure if that applies to the rest of Britain.

Hi Barclay

I believe that the amount of pension you gained before marriage will not be taken into account, but what you have gained In your pension since marriage most definitely is. But also please remember that other issues are also taken into account, her pension, joint property, single properties, pensions, shares and earning ability.
