[Solved] Housing wife and kids after divorce

My wife is still living in the matrimonal home, I was thinking of getting it sold as her boy (not mine) is 18 (and left school so not in education) and therefore I don't need to house him. My solicitor is saying as he is out of work - and considered part of the family I still need to provide a house large enough for him to have a room as well. Anybody got any advice on this ? or heard of similar ?
Thanks.

I would agree with you!

It might be a good idea to go and talk to the CAB, they will be able to tell you where you stand legally.
