I get some money next week its my name only and something I had for a long time, me ex is aware of it and now wants some and is threatening me via a solicitor letter to go to court under section 1 of the childrens act. my question is can she do this ?

what if I win the lottery or a rich Aunt dies and leaves me money am I always going to have to look over my back ?

we where not married

As far as I'm aware, if you weren't married she has no claim on it.
