Spurgeons and Dad.Info doesn’t investigate reports of abuse or neglect. But below, you can find advice on who to contact if you have concerns about a child or young person.

Reporting a concern

It can be difficult to know what to do if you think a child is at risk. It’s important to remember that if you’ve spotted things that don’t seem right, others will have too. Speaking up can make sure that child gets help as soon as possible.

The sooner you contact your local children’s social care duty team, the quicker they can act. They’re available 24 hours a day, and can make an anonymous report if that feels safer. If a child is in immediate danger, please call the police straight away by dialling 999.

Hi,

Does anyone know where you can get an example of a consent order without purchasing it online?

I am trying to do a DIY financial settlement and have all the forms but am struggling to find this one.

Many Thanks

Can't find one - may be worth having a word with the Citizens Advice Bureau

I am also looking for the template/example of financial consent order. Both parties want clean break agreement and our only asset is proceeds of sale of former matrimonial home.

The advicenow.org.uk website has a booklet on sorting finances which can be downloaded free.  There is also a booklet on how to apply for a financial order without a lawyer which you can read free online.  There are several other guides you may find helpful too

The www.gov.uk website has the forms D190 and D81.
