I have posted here before but have decided to submit a new post. Our FDR hearing has been set for early December. I am a litigant in person and wife has a fully instructed solicitor.  I was hoping the direct access barrister who had helped my in our earlier hearings would be able to represent me again. However, I have been advised that he does not accept financial remedy hearings on direct access.

I have made a further enquiries. However, am not getting any replies to my emails.

I am therefore reaching out asking for any recommendations. It would be great if someone has successfully used a barrister for their financial application.  There is non disclosure that needs to be addressed and other issues.

Am a little worried now as I need to start preparing and ideally would prefer to start with the right advice.

Thank you all

You could contact Dads Unlimited - dadsunltd.org.uk. They have access to Barristers at a reasonable cost.
