Hi There,
One thing I have found recently is to do the weekly food shopping online and have it delivered, our shopping bill has dropped to almost 50% by doing this, as we found that when wandering around the supermarket we would make impulse buys, and see offers that we really didn't need.
When you shop online you buy what you need and don't get as tempted by the offers.
