Can I request a recalculation of CSA if a new court order states that I have our children half of the holidays?

Previous interim orders did not have holidays on them.

Regards,

Dave

Only if the extra nights amounted to a change in the band, for instance

52 -104 nights is a 1/7th reduction

104 - 156 nights is a 2/7th reduction

If your nights increased from 104 -154 then you would still be in the same band and so there wouldn't be a reduction. If the number of nights increased from 104 - 160 then you would be entitled to a reduction of 3/7ths.
