p.s. i am going for a tribunial as well on the grounds she gets ill and i look after them but what else can i do
what is the lowest amount of money a child needs each day to live can anyone answer this pls
thanks andrew
One thing I read today coincidentally - because your ex has both children, she gets the child benefit for 2 children, one at the first child rate, and the second at the lower second child rate. If you could come to an agreement that each of you had one child (and it sounds like you'd only be shuffling one day each month around) then both of you can claim child benefit for one child, but both at the higher rate. It's perfectly legal, and comes from the governments own website, so it's not even a shady practice.
she has been stuborn every step of the way and just wants to put blocs in the way
