[Solved] Can I participate with her rent?

hello,
I split with my ex 2 years ago, we have 2 daughters 6 and 8 years old. my ex have husband from 2 years. My daughters spend with me ALL WEEKENDS from friday 5pm to sunday evening or most of times to monday morning and wednesday 5pm to thursday morning. we have agreement I not give her money but I pay half for all things for kids. Now she have deb about £12000 because she not pay rent for house ( her husband don't give her money but he living with her) . I should participate with her rent?

Probably the easiest way to decide is to use the CMS calculator to work out what you should be paying for child maintenance and if you've been paying less than this, then pay the difference - child maintenance covers not just items for the children, but also a contribution towards the cost of running a home for them.
